                              Our Managing Partner is Mr. Manfred Th. Beckmann, Esq. 

Mr. Beckmann is responsible for managing the firm's institutional and high net worth client relationships.

He has 30 years of banking, investment and financial markets experience.

He graduated summa cum laude at the top of his class from the University of Heidelberg with a J.D. in law, he took the bar exam at the Department of Justice in Wiesbaden and received a master's degree from Harvard Law School, LL.M. class of `79.

He has led legal teams with international and Wall Street law firms and has centered his career on banking and corporate law with a focus on regulatory, enforcement, securities law and compliance.

He has taken leading roles in cross-border landmark cases.

Before Mr. Beckmann permanently relocated to the United States he sold his Swiss and UK business entities, active in providing legal services with international impact,litigation PR, compliance and due diligence services for family offices and other business entities located in Europe. 

Mr. Beckmann is alumnus of Harvard Law School, Sullivan & Cromwell (New York) and the Academic Scholarship Foundation in Bonn, Germany, and is qualified under NASAA Series 65 Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination rules and regulations.
